classes.
Rates vary depending upon the number of students, whether the training is hands-on or lecture and the total amount of training provided.
Based on past experience, I recommend training in either 3-4 hour blocks or an entire day.

range across a full-spectrum of products, services, and hardware;
which means you avoid finger-pointing.
As well, support is available in a variety of categories:

On-Site Consulting, Training and Support
Provides a variety of services, including system specification and design, installation, problem diagnosis, software maintenance, repair and optimization.
If there is a hardware problem, we can suggest hardware repair vendors.
Pricing (travel time in the LA-area is not charged):
- $175 / hour -- 45 minute minimum
- $750 / half-day -- up to 5 hours
- $1,500 / day -- up to 10 hours
Priority Telephone Support
Provides over-the-phone system diagnosis, operating procedures, and software problem-solving. Not all problems can be solved over the phone, but he'll try.
Minimum billing: 15 minutes
Price: $95 / hour
e-Mail Support
Provides e-mail system diagnosis, operating procedures and software problem-solving. This is an especially good option for clients outside the L.A. area.
Minimum billing: 1 case
Price: $45 / case
Pre-Paid Support
Purchase a minimum of five (5) hours of phone or five (5) incident email support at a 20% discount from published prices.
Minimum billing: 5 hours or five incidents. Unused hours expire at the end of six months.
Price: Based upon number of hours or incidents purchased.
Monthly Flat-Fee Support Contract
For a limited number of clients, Larry offers a monthly, flat-fee support
contract, covering all on-going maintenance, upgrades and technical
questions. Not all clients qualify for this plan.
Minimum billing: 1 edit system, minimum 3 month term. Can cancel anytime after first 3 months.
Price: Based upon number of edit systems covered and complexity of gear.
The Fine Print
- Customized
corporate packages are available.
- Monthly support agreements
are billed at the start of each month. Failure to pay terminates
- service.
- Initial agreements run for three months, you can cancel
at any time after that with no termination penalty.
